Where Our Story Began.

Dear DC Family,

Our community may be based in Austin now, but I'll never forget our DC roots. East Side Yoga (ESY) in Capitol Hill is where our story began, and DC will always hold a special place in my heart. I'm so grateful that technology allows us to continue practicing with y'all via Zoom, but I still miss you all dearly. So I'm super excited to announce that I'll be in DC Thursday, May 11th to host a Reunion Pop-Up!

Join me Thursday, May 11th at 6:30pmEST for a 60-minute flow practice at Union Market's beautiful DOCK5 event space. This class is open to the public, so feel free to invite friends who weren't part of the original ESY community!

Afterwards, we'll all head up to Hi-Lawn on the rooftop for a proper ESY happy hour! If you can't make the yoga, no worries - join us for the afterparty starting around 7:45pm. I'd love to see and hug each and every one of you!

Important Info...

What Should I Bring?

Anything you need for your yoga practice! Dock5 is *not* a yoga studio, so nothing will be provided. Please bring your own mat, any props you'd like to practice with, water, and anything else you like to have with you when you flow!

Who is Invited?

This year, we are fortunate enough to be able to open up our reunion event to the public! So while reconnecting with our ESY friends is the inspiration behind this event, anyone who wants to is welcome to join us!

Can I Just Do Happy Hour?

Yes! If you can't make the yoga class, no worries! Just join us at Hi-Lawn on the rooftop of Union Market. We should get there around 7:45pm and will stay til at least 9pm. No tickets required for the Happy Hour, just come by and say hi!
