We are SO excited to continue our partnership with Jester King Brewery and bring back our special series of Baby Goat Yoga events in celebration of their adorable new herd members! Join us on the mat Saturday mornings and select Sunday evenings this spring! Details and and tickets can be found below.
Classes will be held at Jester King Brewery in the goat pen. They'll do their best to clean up before classes, but we suggest that you bring a mat that you don't mind getting dirty (pro tip: bring a towel to put under your mat so that it doesn't get as dirty). No extra mats or props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like!
Doom Metal Saturdays with Taylor
every saturday at 10am in march, april, + may
Sink into some doomy, melodic sounds curated by our very own Taylor Fox as she guides you through a chill + inviting yoga session surrounded by Jester King's goat herd. Their spunky baby goats, goat mamas, as well as the rest of the herd will be there to hang out with you throughout the class with some time to interact with them at the end. People of all ages (including minors accompanied by an adult) and pregnant bodies are welcome to attend these events.
90's Rock Sunday Sunset Sessions with Alia

Join us in the goat pen at Jester King Brewery for an hour of yoga led by our founder Alia! Flow with the goat herd to a 90s grunge + alternative playlist from golden hour through sunset. Please arrive 30 minutes before class start to make sure you've got time to get to the pen and get to know the baby goats! People of all ages (including minors accompanied by an adult) and pregnant bodies are welcome to attend these events.
