Join us for this in-studio live music event featuring live harp from certified music therapist and founder of Mind Body Music, Andrea Cortez. Our founder Alia will lead a 90-minute Relaxed Flow + Yin yoga practice while the sounds of Andrea’s beautiful harp guide you into a state of blissful chill and relaxation.
The evening begins with 45 minutes of gentle, relaxing flow yoga designed to soothe the body, mind, and soul. As you flow through the poses, you'll release tension and stress, preparing yourself for the deep healing to come. Then we'll move on to 45 minutes of Yin yoga, a practice that emphasizes the therapeutic and restorative aspects of yoga. During this time, you'll rest in long-held poses, focusing on gentle-yet-deep stretching and breath work.
This fusion of live harp music and the healing practice of yoga will transport you to a place of inner calm and serenity, where stress and tension melt away, and you find deep peace within yourself.
