Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation with Somatic Breathwork – a nurturing practice crafted to guide you to the depths of your being. Experience profound healing, amplify your intuition, and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself through gentle yet powerful breathwork techniques led by certified breathwork facilitator Grant Neubek. Allow the wisdom of your body to be heard and felt in this class designed to take you on an introspective journey of the self.

The journey begins with a short centering meditation to ground into the space and connect with your body; then you'll be led through a combination of both activating and restorative breathing techniques. The breathwork lasts for around 30 minutes, and the class finishes with time to integrate, reflect and share your experience with your fellow practitioners.

Grant fell in love with breathwork the first time he tried it. He was blown away by his ability to connect so clearly with his intuition with just a short breathwork practice. Although it didn't become a regular habit immediately, he found himself coming back to it over and over again for the next few years. Each time he did, he was reminded of its effectiveness.

Eventually, he decided to take the 9-month long Owaken Breathwork Facilitator Training and became certified as a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator. This helped to significantly deepen his personal breathwork practice as well as give him the opportunity to share it with others. Grant uses breathwork consistently in his personal life to connect with his intuition and gain guidance and direction for living a fulfilling life.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Grant earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University before moving to Austin. He worked as a project manager at a software company for several years before finding and following his passion for breathwork. Now he runs his own breathwork and coaching business, facilitating transformation and healing for each client he works with.
