Baby + Me Yoga

Wednesdays at 10am

When you're a new parent, bonding with baby is a top priority. This fun flow is designed to get you moving safely while spending time with baby.

 

All parents and caregivers are welcome to join baby for this class, not just mamas! We will move with our breath in ways that are safe and soothing for newly postpartum bodies, with the acknowledgment that you may need to pause your practice in order to attend to your little one.

 

Spontaneous naps and crying are allowed and encouraged (for you AND for baby ;-) Diaper changes too! This is a no judgments or apology zone.

Baby + Me Playtime

Wednesdays at 11am

This donation-based offering for newly postpartum mamas is a great opportunity to connect with other mamas and babies - not to mention a great excuse to leave the house! Think playgroup meets women's circle for newly postpartum mamas.

 

Come hang out after our yoga class for some unstructured play + bonding time in our sweet studio space. All caregivers and pre-toddling babies are welcome to join, and feel free to bring a few of baby's favorite toys!

 

You do *not* have to attend Baby + Me Yoga to join for Playtime. So if you're not cleared for movement yet, or just don't feel like doing the yoga, no worries - you can still come hang after Yoga!

 

We will have occasional guest speakers from the Birthing Professionals community (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, etc.) - join our Mamas Whatsapp Group to stay up to date.
