prenatal flow
pregnant bodies only
tuesda
ys at 7:00pm + saturdays at noon

In our prenatal flow class, we link one breath to one movement in a vinyasa-style flow, holding poses 1-3 breaths at a time.

We know that pregnancy is different for everyone, and often varies day-to-day, so we provide tons of options to uplevel or relax your practice as you're feeling in the moment. We sequence with intentionality to support your body and its growing needs, while still offering a physical challenge. We work to continue building and maintaining strength while also finding grace and acceptance for our bodies as they change and shift.

This class is safe for every trimester.

baby + me  flow
postnatal yoga for caregivers and babies
every saturday at 1:30pm

The class is open to all caregivers who wish to attend, including parents, spouses, grandparents, and other family members. The class is tailored to meet the needs of the postnatal stage, with poses and movements that support the physical + emotional changes that come with this stage.

The focus will be on breathing techniques, stretching, and gentle movements to help alleviate common discomforts, (such as back pain, posture changes, and fatigue.) Additionally, it will help to promote relaxation and stress relief, which can be especially beneficial postpartum.

Baby + Me Flow provides an opportunity for caregivers to bond with their babies through gentle movements and poses. Pre-walking babies are welcome to attend the class and will be incorporated into the practice. Depending on age (and mood!), class may include interactive movements for babies to stimulate their senses + encourage their development.

No prior yoga experience is required to attend this class, and modifications will be provided to accommodate individual needs. Feedings, naps, diaper changes, and spontaneous fussing are all allowed. We encourage you to take as many breaks as needed to care for yourself or your little one. This is a no judgements or apologies zone!

Come and join us for a gentle and nurturing yoga practice that supports both you and your baby's physical and emotional well-being.
