Prenatal Flow
We know that pregnancy is an exciting time in life, but it can also be a lot — physically, mentally, and emotionally. This class gives you the space to slow down, support your changing body, ease your busy mind, and build community along the way!
We combine prenatal-friendly movement, breathwork, and the occasional short meditation to relieve stress, ease common aches (think: sciatic pain, swollen feet, tight calves), and help you build strength for birth and beyond.
You’ll learn positions that support labor, find variations that meet you where you are each day, and connect with other mamas navigating the same journey.
It’s the perfect mix of movement and rest — and a chance to take care of you and baby too.

Prenatal-Friendly Yin
Everyone is welcome to join us for this 60-Min Yin practice that's sequenced in a way that's safe for Prenatal bodies, and feels great for all bodies. This is a great class for expecting mamas to do together with a partner or non-pregnant bestie!
Feeling burned-out, stressed-out, or just plain tired? Then Yin is just what you need! You'll leave this class feeling rested, recharged, and ready to return to life off the mat.
Unlike our flow offerings, in Yin you'll either be seated or lying down the entire time. You'll hold each pose for 5-7 minutes, using pillows and props to set yourself up comfortably. This allows the muscles and the connective tissue around them (fascia) room to stretch and release tension, while the mind slows and quiets down.
Yin is an amazing complement to flow yoga, and is great for recovery in between high intensity workouts (like running, cycling, martial arts, etc.).
It's also great for people whose bodies are stiff from sitting at a desk all day, or who are feeling burned out for any reason at all.
These longer holds are why Yin is a phenomenal restorative practice for the mind and soul too. By practicing active rest and stillness, we deactivate our stress response and are able to heal the harmful effects that come with it. It's the ultimate nervous system reset!
