Our Offerings for Mamas

While our pregnant yogis are always welcome to come to any of our classes, (and here's a tip sheet on how to modify if you do!), we also have plenty of classes each week designed just for you!

Prenatal Flow | Tue + Thurs Nights

Move with the breath in this special class designed especially for pregnant bodies. We'll target key prenatal pain points, build strength and flexibility specifically to help with labor, all while calming any feelings of worry or overwhelm. 

Prenatal-Friendly Yin | Saturday Mornings

Feeling worn out or overwhelmed? This restorative practice is just what you need! It's  sequenced in a way that's safe for Prenatal bodies, and feels great for all bodies. So it's a great practice to share with a partner or yoga bestie!

Let us help make your pregnancy a little easier (and a lot more comfortable!)

Our Prenatal Yoga classes support you AND baby with mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and just the right dose of calm. Plus, you get to connect with other awesome expecting mamas!

 

We combine prenatal-friendly movement, breathwork, and the occasional short meditation to relieve stress, ease common aches (think: sciatic pain, swollen feet, tight calves), and help you build strength for birth and beyond.

 

You’ll learn positions that support labor, find variations that meet you where you are each day, and connect with other mamas navigating the same journey.

 

Join us for our weekly Prenatal yoga classes. Because when you feel better, baby does too!

Prenatal-Friendly Yin

Everyone is welcome to join us for this 60-Min Yin practice that's sequenced in a way that's safe for Prenatal bodies, and feels great for all bodies. This is a great class for expecting mamas to do together with a partner or non-pregnant bestie!

 

Feeling burned-out, stressed-out, or just plain tired? Then Yin is just what you need! You'll leave this class feeling rested, recharged, and ready to return to life off the mat. 

 

Unlike our flow offerings, in Yin you'll either be seated or lying down the entire time. You'll hold each pose for 5-7 minutes, using pillows and props to set yourself up comfortably. This allows the muscles and the connective tissue around them (fascia) room to stretch and release tension, while the mind slows and quiets down. 

 

It's the ultimate reset, especially when you're feeling tired or overwhelmed.
