Workshop Series
Join us for these special 75-min workshop-style classes to strengthen your foundations of all things yoga, the Oak + Lotus way.
Each session will break down a specific set of poses that are integral to our flow practice. You'll also be introduced to the deeper layers of the yoga practice - the really good stuff that you can take off the mat with you to help you deal with the challenges of daily life.
You do not need to take these in a particular order, and you're not required to take all of them. So feel free to jump in and join us for whichever ones sound interesting to you!
The workshop-style, small-group structure will allow our teachers to offer you a lot more one-on-one attention than a typical yoga class. You'll also be able to ask questions, share insights, and celebrate breakthroughs while getting to know your teachers and fellow students!
This series isn't just for beginners, though it is perfect for those just getting started with yoga.
It's also great for folks who are returning to the mat after a hiatus, those who want to learn more about the deeper, non-pose aspects of the practice, or anyone looking to strengthen their practice - especially if you started your yoga journey somewhere other than Oak + Lotus!
