Oak + Lotus has a lot more to offer new and expecting mamas than yoga! We offer monthly newborn care classes, postpartum mental health workshops, and pelvic floor health workshops. Taking care of baby means taking care of yourself too!
You do not have to take our yoga classes to be eligible to attend our non-yoga classes.
All mamas and families are welcome!
Expecting *and* newly postpartum mamas are welcome to attend all of these classes!

Prepare for your little one with expert guidance from the experienced pediatricians at Children's Medical Group of Austin. This class is FREE and open to expecting *and* new mamas, as well as their partners! You do not need to be an Oak + Lotus client to attend - all families are welcome!
This cozy, judgment-free workshop series is designed to help new and expecting moms prepare for the fourth trimester in a way that centers mental and emotional health. Whether you’re a few weeks postpartum or still awaiting your due date, this space is for you.
Caring for your mental health in the fourth trimester doesn’t make you less focused on your baby.
It makes you better equipped to show up for them in the way you want to.
In this workshop designed for both pregnant and postpartum bodies, you'll learn the basic anatomy of the bony pelvis, pelvic floor muscles, and core.
Increasing pelvis/core awareness can help reduce stress, increase energy, decrease pregnancy aches and pains, improve physical preparedness for labor, and improve postnatal healing.
