Roll + Relax
This special practice is the perfect end to a busy workweek!
You'll begin with self-massage myofascial release (MFR) techniques using our racquetballs and props.
Next, Brannin will lead calming breathwork techniques to help prepare mind and body for stillness.
The last ~45min of class , you'll rest in stretchy, yummy yin poses designed to improve flexibility and release the aches and pains of the workweek.
You'll leave feeling rested, recharged, and ready to return to life off the mat!
