prenatal flow
(pregnant bodies only)

This flow class is designed especially for our pregnant yogis.

In our prenatal class, we link one breath to one movement in a vinyasa-style flow, holding poses 1-3 breaths at a time.

We know that pregnancy is different for everyone, and often varies day-to-day, so we provide tons of options to uplevel or relax your practice as you're feeling in the moment. We sequence with intentionality to support your body and its growing needs, while still offering a physical challenge. We work to continue building and maintaining strength while also finding grace and acceptance for our bodies as they change and shift.

This class is safe for every trimester.

postnatal
(postpartum bodies only)

A special flow class to help your body heal and strenghthen safely after giving birth.

Coming Jan 2022!

After giving birth, it can feel like your entire world has shifted. Our postnatal classes are designed to ground and find a bit of space for yourself even when it feels difficult to do so. We link one breath to one movement while also finding some deeper, longer holds to get into some of our larger muscle groups and settle into the new space our body is in.

This class is safe for anyone cleared for exercise after giving birth.

baby + me

Join us for this special class where you get to bond with baby, get your body moving, and connect with other parents and caregivers!

Coming Jan 2022!

We understand that when you're a parent, it can feel torturous to let your children out of your sight. This fun flow is designed to get you moving safely while spending time with baby. All parents and caregivers are welcome to join baby for this class, not just mamas.

We will move with our breath, with the acknowledgment that you may need to pause your practice in order to attend to your little one. Spontaneous naps and crying are allowed and encouraged (for you AND for baby ;-) Diaper changes too! This is a no judgments or apology zone.

Meet Your Instructor, Mercer!

IMG_4191.JPG

Mercer has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years, and a teacher for 6. Right after receiving her 300-hour teacher training in 2015, Mercer discovered she was pregnant, and dove into understanding everything about gestating bodies as it pertained to personal fitness and yoga.

In 2016 she completed her prenatal and postnatal yoga continuing education, received a certification in pre and postnatal corrective exercise, and even recently (2020) completed full spectrum doula training.

Needless to say, when it comes to birthing bodies and creating an accessible birth and post-birth experience for all birthing parents, Mercer has a passion.

Outside of the studio, Mercer's a big fan of high fives, loud music, and delicious food and will take any and all recommendations on where to find them.
