Want to deepen your practice on and off the mat? We've got just the offering for you! We've have weekly workshops every Sunday from 12 - 1pm designed to help you explore your practice in a new way.
The best part is, they're all priced like our regular classes, so active Memberships, class passes,
and drop-ins can be used to attend at no additional cost!
Join us in this special monthly class where we'll break down some of the essential yoga poses that make up the Oak + Lotus step-back sun salutation. You will learn each pose's alignment and potential modifications in a level of detail that just isn't possible during a regular flow class. You'll also have the chance to ask questions and work with the teacher to adjust each pose to your body's unique needs.
No matter what your level of yoga experience, your practice will be positively transformed after taking this workshop!

Join our founder Alia for this special seasonal offering designed to build community around important topics for women today.
This month's Women's Circle topic is: Permission to Take Up Space. Join Alia for an afternoon of journaling and discussion where we'll explore the ways in which we make ourselves smaller in our daily lives, and brainstorm ways we can get comfortable taking up as much space as we want, need, and deserve!

This workshop style class is designed for our yogis who are interested in building their practice to attend our “Medium” level classes.
We'll cover lots of ground in this class, working on smooth transitions and strong engagement that allows you to flow + feel stable
and supported to help you move at a quicker pace and
build more heat in your yoga practice.
