Join our founder Alia for this special interactive sound healing experience! We’ll begin by exploring the power of connecting our breath and voices through guided breathwork and simple group vocalizations (aka chanting - but not in a cult-y way!).

Then you’ll relax and enjoy one of Alia’s signature Harmonic Sound Baths as she plays her full set of 432hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and sings Ohm over them.

 

No yoga mat needed, and you can use our bolsters, blankets, and fluffy eye pillows to get as comfortable as possible. Come dressed in your comfiest clothes, and feel free to bring your favorite fluffy blanket!

Just like my approach to teaching yoga, when it comes to sound healing, I pull from the different layers of my life to put my own spin on the traditional sound bath experience. I've combined my background as a musician with the art of sound healing to create a uniquely soothing style of sound bath.
