We’re taking one of our most-loved events outside —

and it’s going to be pure magic.

Join us under the oak trees behind the new Trinkets Barn (next to Nomadic Outpost on Brodie Lane) for a one-of-a-kind outdoor evening of Restorative Yoga and live music.

This 60-minute practice is led by Oak + Lotus founder Alia, with live cello by the incredible Dr. Elizabeth Lee. Liz’s atmospheric, heart-melting sound will wash over you as you settle into deep, restful poses — no rushing, no striving, just being.

Since we’ll be under the sky and not in the studio, we won’t have props available — so bring whatever makes you feel cozy: yoga mat, blanket, pillows, bolsters, or your favorite squishy couch cushion. Think “adult nap nest,” and you’re on the right track.

No yoga experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and receive.

It’s rest. It’s reset. It’s everything your nervous system didn’t know it was craving.
